ABOUT MY PAST ENDEAVOURS
I’ve spent my life pursuing endurance events. In Grade School I played Soccer, ran Cross Country, played Basketball and ran Track & Field. The underlying element was always the foundation of endurance fitness.
Later in life I pursued marathon event to test my endurance and mental strength. At this time I also got involved with endurance team sports. Mostly on trail with very challenging terrain, water crossings and intriguing elevations.
I’ve always encouraged other to excel in training for endurance. Offering advice and my time to assist with new training practices. Sometimes arranging group training events.
I love to see people realize their potential beyond what they think they can accomplish. When they achieve a goal they are stronger and more confident. They share their success with other’s in their attitudes and new-found knowledge.
GOAL OF THIS SITE
To share new and advanced training methods. There are many new training concepts to discuss and implement. Plus many new equipment options to choice from. All set up in manageable sections to develop a well-rounded prepared athlete.
